Has anyone actually had their fear come true? Ie a cancer fear ect

Just wondering how likely it is someone with health anxiety does get what they have feared?

I personally haven't but someone some where has more than likely had something they worried about I e cancer because you cant prevent certain cancers by fearing them also you cant make certain cancers by thinking that you will get them if you know what I mean I also should of said that lots of people have health anxiety there odds are just the same as people who don't have anxiety in my opinion x

Of the 10's of thousands of posts I've read, I know of one person who's fear became a reality. She's actually doing great and her anxiety has taken a back seat.

HA sufferers get sick too but rarely if ever with the thing they feared the most.
