Hi All

Does anyone know how long from feeling faint people usually faint? I feel different that usual and am sure I am about to faint, my eyes also feel strange and am so worried I could black out of be heading for something serious, I darent stand up incase I fall over, surely this cant be anxiety coz I was not anxious was just cooking and this came over me for no reason and hasnt past over, my eye feel like they are going to roll backwards,
Any advice please???

Thanks

Wendy

It is HIGHLY unlikely to faint when having a panic attack. Although my friend did pass out once when having an attack and she out for about 20 - 30 minutes maybe, and she was fine afterwards.

I will say it again, it is very unlikely that you will faint ^_^

Hi Wendy,

I have suffered with the fear of fainting for 10 years, and i havent fainted once, so its very unlikely you will faint. Although i can understand how unpleasent it must feel.
I have learnt to try and distract myself, try and change your thoughts or do some breathing exersices, listen to music, read a book anything to take your mind off the anxiety thats causing the feelings.

here are a few links that may help too hun

Hey Wendy -
Just a thought but have you eaten lately?
I know that you said you were cooking but feeling the way that you do did you eat anything?????
Could be that you just need to get something in your tummy.
Hope you feel better soon!!!
