Scared, swollen glands, legs...

I have ear fluid behind my ear drum though its not infected can that make my glands still swollen? I went to the hospital the other night mentioning my crawling legs and anxiety. She checked my throat said its red and glands are swollan which ive had for months. Throat and glands dont hurt. Could it be my non infectes fluid in my ear? Had blood test two months ago and showed no infection.

Last night also woke up gasping for breathe and panicking.
