Not sure if I had a panic attack. Was fine and then just started getting hot and flushed and chest beating and shaking all over especially when bending. No impending doom. Just concerned.

Sounds like maybe you were holding your breath unconsciously when you were bending over (hence the beating heart) and feeling hot as the blood rushed to your head.
Sometimes I can get this if I suddenly get up and bend over. If it was fine afterwards, then it's probably just from effort and stress.
