Hi there
I get rib chest and inner arm all down left arm, jaw , shoulder ache
Constantly think it's my heart an I'm just going to drop down dead
I've been to doctors numerous times and still not convinced
I have terrible health anxiety which you probably have too
How old are you ? ☺️

I cancelled doctors appointment and chest pain has come back.
Why can't I just face up to things and get some advice.
Trying to tell myself it might be muscular as my ribs hurt and if I lift anything or stretch I get pain.
I can't take anymore !

I have also noticed that since I have been focusing on my heart my dry eyes and mouth have completely gone, I've had the dry eyes and mouth for nearly a year.
I'm at my wits end and cannot tell what's real and anxiety.
My Gp is not great and has never really picked up on my anxiety.
Now I'm sitting still my heart pain has gone for the moment but I'm waiting for the heart attack.
I use to see a therapist but have just recently stopped.
Work is stressful and I also feel depressed.
Sorry to keep posting..

If you're having this much pain and issues, then go to the doctor or hospital.

That being said, if it were a heart related issue, you wouldn't be posting and waiting for responses. The fact that other symptoms have gone away when you took your mind off of them points to anxiety. I've had two heart attacks. There's no mistaking it believe me!
