Went out today and my legs felt weird. Almost idle and weak and bit tingling and like jelly. Does anyone know what this could be ???

I would say all your symptoms can be put down to anxiety. The leg weakness is classic when you are hyperventilating.

Take a look at "symptoms" on the left hand side of this page I am sure it will help to reassure you.

It's an symptom of anxiety I get it. It's a horrid feeling but it will pass.

I also get a feeling in my arms very weak. Could this be anxiety too ??

it could be. Have you had pins and needles in your arm, that's when your arm feels weak and tingles.

no pins and needles. Just feels weak in both arms.
