burning throat ear head pressure

Does anyone get burning internal ears and a feeling like you need to pop them. And a tight pressure feeling in throat as though its closing n neck pain? Iv had severe anxiety for a while but this is a new symptom. It comes in waves n lasts ages. Its pretty constant. I also feel very shaky lightheaded n dizzy. I havent been able to function for days

I think its anxiety. Wondering if anyone else gets it

Just when you said about the burning in your ears and the need to pop them, I suffer loads with my stupid ears and that's normally a sign that I've got some sort of infection going on, then the dizziness/ off balance feeling too

I'm light headed/dizzy all the time if I let it ,also have head pressure and fullness in ears ,just try and keep busy and your mind occupied and the symptoms do disappear,take care
