Sharp pain in back of knee

So I went on vacation last week, and my knee has been hurting since than. We'll tonight, in the back of my knee there has been a sharp pain in it. Worse then this it has been. I don't think it's anything serious. I'm hoping it'll be gone by tomorrow. What do you think this could be. Im able to move my knee around and nothing is odd from the outside, no bumps are anything. So that's good right? Could I have pulled something. The thing is I've never pulled a muscle in my knee so I don't know what it feels like.

If you had a plane journey it could be something to do with that? But if you can move okay and it feels okay and it's just some pain I'm sure its minor injury like a pulled muscle or something... Just take it easy and hope it gets better :)
