hi found my new love of olives been chomping on them till I read the GDA nearly all the things are in the red zone
the salt content could make you float in the sea
am I doing something wrong here I thought they were great for you?
one health person said a portion of 4 is great are they serious 4 im a 6 foot 2 animal I need more than 4
any info for when I go supermarket in a bit I even had the ones without the cheese blocks and there still in the red zone haha
