Ok so I'm freaking out right now
I've had a really good few days regarding my anxiety
But I've jut had a really tight pulling feeling in my chest that made me grab it and say oh gosh I'm having a heart attack
But now. It's been five mins since it happened and had a few palpitations too, it sort of was just to the left of my chest and spread across my boob
Now in my head I've come up with a heart attack about to happen and I'm freaking out as my left arm is sort of heavier than my right and have a odd pain just to the left of my chest
Sorry I'm just having a little freak out right now
