what did u feel during attacks

What kinda feeling you have durning panic attack

I have shortness of breath, tight chest , hands cold and shaking, sometimes nauseous/ stomach cramps :huh:

I have tigth chest numb arm and body. Most on the left side

Mine can be just shaking or I can have shacking numb (not actually numb more like I've been to dentist and it's wearing off) on right side unerring my eye and edge of mouth. Knots in tummy and unable to make sense of much. I feel Exhusted and more so after my attack. Recently I've been getting weak arms and dizzy. I can hear my mind working overtime. I'm trying to not fight it and go with my thoughts now. My shoulders are so sore after too. X

The rest of the day bit I have recognised that I'm always tence worrying about the next attack. Now I'm not worrying and if it happens I ho with it and myself it's my little monster desperate for Attention. Hard to do but working so far xxx
