Here again....

I woke up and carried my son down the stairs like I always do, as I put him down at the bottom, and went to stand up straight I got a horrendous pain in my upper back which made me kneel down and stay there for a few mins before I could even attempt to stand up, now my upper back on the right really aches, it's like where that bone sticks out when you move your arm, just above my bra strap. And sort of spreads around my ribs
Could it be a pulled muscle or something else?
