I had a paniv attack yesterday. now my neck have pain numb feeling.sometimes i can feel that on my left arm and the whole left body. Is any one have the same experience.

I can't say I've felt those things before, but after an attack I'm usually exhauat d and sometimes achy from muscles tensing up.
