lumps bottom of spine- lymph nodes?

I have noticed lumps on the bottom of my spine under the skin. Hard but if I press hard they move
Are these lymph nodes
Can others feel them on there back

I remember like 3 years ago and feeling these for the firs time, safe I say I was a little freaked

They are still there now 3 years on and never done any harm to me, I just thought that they must have always been there but never noticed
