What is it you are using this for? I've used it in the past but for fitness purpose and long before my anxiety started.

Are you hoping to use it for depression of bipolar which I think I've heard it mentioned for in the past?

I've taken it before but for sugar cravings, is there research on it being good for anxiety because I have some upstairs I can be a guinea pig for you?

n.b. not the best for sugar cravings, chocolate is too tempting!
