Involuntary leg movement

Hi

Does anybody get sometimes when they are sitting watching tv where their leg suddenly moves like they are going to kick something. Suffer with restless legs put it down to that. Worried now and it does not say it causes that on the symptoms.

Anybody else get this,

I suffer with restless crawling legs. Hoping its just anxiety :(

do you get leg jolts whilst sitting.

Yeah i do and also when sleeping

Get it all the time.Sometimes awake sometimes asleep sometimes almost asleep.My thumbs on both hands move by themselves quite often.
