I'm so glad I've found this forum. I am a 64 year old woman from Canada , married 37 years, with two grown daughters; one recently married and one a lawyer. I suffer from anxiety of illness, (cancer). This has been going on for 40 years and I can't tell you the number of drugs, therapies, psychologists and psychiatrists, yoga classes, etc, etc, etc, I have tried. My problems seemed to start (as far as I can remember) as a young teen when my father died. Anyway - I just thought I would introduce myself and I hope that I can get some relief from the constant anxiety and panic, because I am really tired.
