Blood clot

I was at work tonight when I thot my nose was running I sniffed it back up as you do and then it went down the back of my throat and a blood clot came out my mouth I then took a panic attack because I did not where it came from I am so scared as this is the second time this has happened in six weeks think I will need to go to docs to see why ?:weep::weep::weep:

hi love try not to worry it could be a sinus infection go see your gp he sort you out my brother had problems like that in the past he is okay he gave him some sort of nose spray not sure what as it was a while back :hugs:
