Hi everyone

My name is Tracy and i live in worcestershire. I have been having episodes of depression and anxiety since the birth of my son 11 years ago. I have completed a cbt course and spent time with health professionals and seem to cope well most of the time but have occasional "blips" which are so hard to deal with, at the moment i am hopefully coming out of a "blip" which started the beginning of december. This episode started with a completely irrational thought (which i recognise) then four days later my brother in law died and he was only 40. At times like this i just want to hide and let the world pass me by. Would love to hear from people who know how i feel.

many thanks

Tracy x.x.
