For anyone having trouble sleeping (on a regular basis), you could try Sleep Well Cones from Boots the chemist. They are little plastic cones that stick to an accupressure point on each wrist.

I read about them in a magazine article where a woman had insomnia for years and these cones helped her sleeping pattern immensely. I have recently tried them myself and would definitely recommed them. You have to use them for about a week though, they are not a quick fix if you are having trouble sleeping one night.
