Hello everyone I haven't posted here in awhile but I really need reassurance :( I have had insomnia for over 5 years now but I have had times were its been good and bad and lately it feels really bad and I, being stupid, googled and I now think I have fetal insomnia.. I have been drinking xanax every night, which helps tremendously, however now when I don't drink it I don't sleep.. at all.. and if I do, I feel like i'm in and out of sleep like i'm dreaming but i'm not fully asleep.. I have GAD and i'm constantly worried about sleep its like my mind won't shut down.. i'm really scared and worried. I'm starting to get depressed I dunno what to do :frown:
