tonsillitis

So basically I had tonsillitis about a week ago went docs they gave me antibiotics a weeks worth... Finished them Friday and now this morning my throats killing agen I'm struggling to swallow and the white lumps have appeared agen... when I'd finished the tablets Friday the white lumps hadn't completely gone they were still a few small ones left... I'm just wondering if this is normal? I'm going back to the doctors Wednesday but I'm so worried about what there going to say/do does anyone have any past experiences or advice for me? Thanks xxxx

The same happened to me, I found the best thing to ease it was gargling with salt water a few times a day.

Just go back to the doctor. You may need a second course of antibiotics, or some stronger ones :)
