Itching mouth! Panic

The inside of my mouth is really really itchy, just started after i had some icecream! im so scared its an allergic reaction and my mouth and throat are going to swell up! its just me and my children here what if something happens!! :(

Its still itching like mad!! my daughter has some antihistamine debating on taking some

I guess it wont hurt. You could call the nhs helpline. They are actually quite helpfull....
How long has it been since you ate the ice cream and can you still breath? I believe anaphylaxis, which I guess is what you are worried about is usually pretty swift, so if its over5 mins, you are probably safe. Xxxxx

Yes I can breath the itching is just driving me insane lol x
