I had an ecg a couple of weeks ago and the doctor called me and said that there was some stretching in the muscle from the right to left side of my heart. I now have an echocardiogram booked on February 8th. Does anyone know what "stretching" is? and what happens during an echocardiogram?. I'm having heart palpitations and shortness of breath all the time but I don't know if that's just my anxiety or something wrong with my heart.
