Throat feels tight. Really worried. Keep swallowing alot. Feels like something is in there. I have enlarged tonsils. Will I choke ? Really scared. So tight.
Sounds like anxiety to me , but if you are really bothered, see your doc. Xxxxxxxx
You will not choke, it is anxiety, happened to me to. Try to control your breath, take deep, slow breaths. Sip water when you feel you will start hyperventilating.
