Newbie - dealing with an anxious husband

Hi everyone, I've just joined this site because my husband is currently going through a really bad patch of anxiety/depression/guilt and I'm at the stage where I need support myself. I'll try to keep it brief for now...

His worries are mainly about work, but they only seem to be a problem after he looks at porn... I will write more in the appropriate forum.
