I am having a very bad panic attack I am almost in tears with it. I can't keep going like this. All I want to do is to go and sleep and not wake up.
Ok. Sit down and breathe -in - 1-2-3-4-out-1-2-3-4. In-1-2-3-4-out-1-2-3-4. Repeat this, Deep breaths - think only of your breathing. Soon it will be over. Panic happens when you start to breathe quickly and/or shallowly. Deep breath - in-1-2-3-4-out-1-2-3-4. Repeat constantly until it subsides. You will be fine soon.
