Really severe heartburn

I have been having really severe heartburn on occasion, every couple of weeks it seems to be. It's that bad that I feel like I need to be sick. Last night I had it went to bed with it and this morn it's still here but not as bad. Took a rene last night and it didn't work. I'm on fluoxetine and I know that can cause heartburn, but I think is weird it comes on every couple of weeks.

Try soda water, have a bottle by your bed for last thing at night and first thing in the morning.
