chest pain NOW - So scared

Can any one help me. I am in a panic, sitting at my desk, afraid to move. Close to tears. I was walking from A to B earlier and got a sudden stabbing pain in my chest, sort of in the centre. Lasts about 2 seconds and disappears again. Has come and gone ever since, for maybe the past two hours but only when i walk. I am so worried,

Are there people with you? You don't have to say anything to them. But reassuring they are there... Breath through the pain... I doubt its a heart attack as the pain would come all the time regardless if you are walking or sitting... Sounds like a panic attack to me...keep as calm as you can, focus on your breath,...big hugs

it just happened again as i was sitting doing nothing, just writing.

i have my class in front of me.

Ok... So there are people there... You"re as safe as you can be... Next time it happens breath with the pain on an in breath and out through your mouth... Try to make the out breath longer.... Concentrate on your breath not the pain

Just so you know stabby sharp pains are not related to the heart
