I was feeling around my mouth with my tongue and just below my two middle teeth on the bottom gum(tongue side) i felt a small little lump, i looked in the mirror and i could slightly see a a tiny white mark below my tooth and it is slightly raised, it is only tiny(alot smaller than peasized) it took a while for me to spot it properly, but was painless, you cant see a lump by looking at it but feels slightly raised with my finger. the other side of my gum(front) is slightly sore.

It is not an ulcer as i know what they are like but now i am so scared i have mouth/oral cancer! :(

Having had oral cancer, it typically won't present like that. The fact that you have trouble even seeing it and feeling it speaks volumes that it's not something sinister.

You should know by now never to resort to google! If you're worried, come here or see your GP. Tis the way forward. X
