One man party here...seeking help and support from those similar to me

Hi guys just a few words from me :)
I'm Rachael I'm 17 and I'm losing with anxiety, depression and chronic migraines. I've been like this for about as long as I can remember and even now, I'm still not getting the help I need.
I do ok for myself- I have my fiancée to talk to and help me through things. But it's lonely being like this...especially when no-one understands.
That's why I've come here-to hopefully find some like minded people and help support some other people in the process.

Hi Rachael!

I am 18 and suffer from GAD.
Are you in school/college still?
I was diagnosed with GAD when i was 17, and put on Citilopram, an anti-depressant.
Have you tried speaking to your GP about the possibility of medications?
Even a low dosage, I feel, really makes a difference. :)
It helps me deal with situations that I know I couldn't before.
