major panic attack!

Does anybody else get a taste in there mouth when there having a anxiety attack? Pins and needles feeling in the mouth? Just been on the phone to nhs 111 convinced I'm going to have a fit.. Please somebody give me some advice

Its all just part of anxiety. Its horrible I know. You won't have a seizure.
