Hiya all
When I become panicky (and have panic attacks) I tend to forget things, like I suffer from Asperger's Syndrome.
It was quite frightening, my brother came home today (He's 10 by the way) and I asked him "Where's dad?" And he said "He's at work, I walked home on my own."
[:O]
Mum and Dad have been telling me since that I was told to pick him up but I really do not remember!
Lastly, when I have panic attacks I tend to forget chunks of what happened, especially what happens when I calm down, which isn't helpful.
So people, when you feel panicky or have a panic attack do you often forget things?
"My teddy last night was a paper bag, to keep my safe."
