cough and metallic taste

Hi feeling so fed up, always seem to have something different wrong with me. For the past week I have had an annoying cough, feeling breathless and have a metallic taste in my mouth. My doc has checked my chest and I did a breath test which ruled out asthma. It's really getting me down now, not sure if it's another symptom of anxiety or if I've got something really bad. Anyone ever had anything similar?

I've had coughs lots of times, from a million different sources (colds, environmental irritants, etc.). I've also had the metallic taste as well, which is relatively common in anxiety sufferers. Shortness of breath is also a very common symptom of anxiety.
