Does anybody else get a taste in there mouth with anxiety? Looked on Google (which I shouldn't have done ) and now I'm convinced I'm going to have a fit of some kind. The other night I had pins and needles feeling in my mouth too. Anybody else had this? If somebody cauld reassure me. Thank you :)

I've experienced it a few times. It's kind of a weird metallic taste. It's apparently pretty common in anxiety and depression sufferers. I've read in an article that the taste has something to do with adrenaline and other hormones we secrete sometimes with our bodies' "flight" response in scary situations.

Don't worry, I've never went into a "fit" when experiencing this taste, it's just another bizarre symptom of anxiety.

I haven't had the taste, but right now I am going through brain tumor related HA. The other day I kept feeling that I was smelling smoke and sulfer.

It passed and now I am onto something else lol.

I have a taste in my mouth. I don't get it all the time though and it goes when I eat .
I describe it as a rotten cheese taste, and it is vile.
I have tried all sorts of mouth rinses . Don't think my breath smells!
