clicking at the base of the head/top of neck when walking?? and swallowing?? anyone had it?? its quite odd lol xx

The clicking you hear is your bones and joints. It's nothing to be worried about.

thank you dan I did think that but yinno how anxiety works lol iv had a lot of tension in my head neck and shoulders recently xx

My neck creaks and cracks all the time and has done for years. Doesn't cause me any bother.

TMJ (an anxiety thing) causes the jaw to click, neck or shoulder tension (often an anxiety thing) causes the neck to click, all sorts of boring minor structural complaints will cause this also. Chill, you're fine. :)

I get this. Used to think I was a robot when I was a kid. Was the only explanation I could come up with! Obviously realised it's just joints clicking since... :)

About a year ago, I was walking and suddenly Everytime my right foot touched the floor the base of my skull/top of my neck cracked, it freaked me out.. ZZ it happened for a few moths then stopped. It comes back every now and then, it wasn't pleasent and made my anxiety really high, I just get used to it when it happens now cause it always goes away

I have this too!!!! I have had it for a long time now, so it must not be to bad. :)
