New to the site but not to panic and anxiety.
I am afraid and embarrassed to admit I really on benzodiazepines and alcohol to kill the effects of so called GAD its serious stuff for me as'

Hi Welcome to the forum. Alcohol will not work I know I got addicted. Try talking to people it helps.
