So I woke up in a cold apartment today, went to take a shower. It wasn't feeling as hot as I would like so I turned the heat higher till at one point I felt a sudden thickness/heaviness in my heart. I got out of the shower but I'm still feeling this. A half hour later got out to walk to the bus stop and I feel out of breath. How could this happen so suddenly? Someone please help me figure out what this is!
