Ok so I used to post on here a while ago but I have been feeling so much better over the past year I have a full time job and been working now for 5 months however I have just moved house, had an audit at work (im the manager) and got a snotty nose that wont shift.
Basically im feeling really crap my head feels thick im having dizzy spells nausea symptoms and blurred vision I went to the doctors and she thought it may be vertigo and gave me some tablets which have in essence made me worse, when I came out of the doctors I actually wanted to go back in as she didnt take my blood pressure but then im thinking am I falling back into that health anxiety circle or am I genuinely ill, its so hard to decipher and ppl aroumd me just tut when i say how i feel as they are all to used to the old me a year ago moaning about illness all the time. So i feel i have no support.
Am i really ill or am i imagining it all?????
