tiny lump/ bigger lump than the other nipple lumpy bits?!

Im not sure since when i've even noticed this, but i did the other day and started feeling my nipple/u know the skin around the nipple the darker skin well its on that, and like i do have tiny bumps on my nipple all over it. but thats normal I read? But one particular bump on my nipple the skin around it just seems bigger and more protruding and I'm worried about it. I dont think it feels the same as the other around the nipple bit on my other breast but would it? !

Hi it is normal to have bumps on the area around the nipple. I have little bumps and also some slighter bigger than the rest. I presume this is normal. Few months ago I went go about a sore breast and was examined and she said they looked fine, so if the bumps weren't normal she would have said!
