Self-inflicted i guess due to me and my fiancée at night get hot i thought i would open the window to let the heat out to cool us both down.......
Now i have got a frustrating (cold) every grrrrr and slight forehead pain which is grrrr...
having health anxiety screws big time because i automatically think about my breathing which hand in hand will cause a nasty panic attack.....
also CBT is going well and my person is looking after me well in terms of my health anxiety putting my thoughts on the table........
