Freakiig out... Help

Had a terrible nights sleep and woke up around 1 nearly chocking on horrible vomit taste acid which made me cough a lot..since then I have a horrible intense pain the right side of my chest when I breathe or cough.. I'm freakiig out its something like a pulmonary embolism as it is so intense when I breathe In and is still there now!

I always used to worry about them! (embolism)

They are so rare and I dont think theres much warning before they 'happen'.

Intense pain on the side of your chest is probably from the sudden coughing, also just as your chest tenses when you worry so can cause some horrible pains.
