Anxious about ct scan?!

I'm getting a ct scan done today to check for a sinus tumor and I am so scared right now. I want to get it done but I'm so anxious the scan will show a tumor. Does anyone have any advice on staying calm while waiting for tests results?

Does anyone know how long it usually takes the doctor to review the results?
