Hi I have a cold/flu bug I don't know which but anyways I'm on day 3 now and I can't really stand because I feel so Dizzy near enough like im have a hangover accept I haven't drank anything alcoholic I keep breathing trough my mouth I can breathe through my nose just not very well so I keep opening.my mouth wide to breathe can a cold cause shortness of breath or breathlessness I keep feeling my breathing is been cut off or I'm breathing to fat and heavy I'm focused on it so much my anxiety has gone really high again 😢
