Hi Suffering from Anxiety (nausea)

Hi there, its Clare I am new to the forum, after a bout of serious illness, in and out of hospitals with surgery, I have developed anxiety. I get muscle tension, nausea, heart racing and feeling panicky.
I hope I get through this, finding it debilatating particularly the nausea and muscle tension.
