Hi all I seem to have headaches tension type daily ATM it's really getting me down they start in the afternoon I get terrible head pressure. I managed to go a day without one last week until I wondered why I hadnt had one it came back! Can anyone suggest anything to break the cycle of this I've been docs before and he gives me codeine but tbh painkillers don't help it's not painful it's just the pressure :( does anyone else suffer with these
