This is a complex issue and apologies if I come across as slightly insane.
One of my biggest fears is sudden adult death syndrome. I've had loads of ECG's, a stress test and a holter monitor and nothing has been found to suggest I have any problem with my heart.
Anyway, despite this, I still have this horrible thought process where I think about my heart suddenly stopping. What is scaring me now is that actually thinking about this happening will make it happen. It freaks me out so badly. I don't even know what part of the brain controls heartbeats but I hope I can't "think myself to death" Sorry if this sounds mad, its driving me crazy
