chest pain!

Hello, I've been feeling fine all day and I've just got into bed and started having chest pain! It's not so much in the top of my chest but around the top of my ribs (under my boobs) now I'm worried I'm going to have a heart attack!

I doubt it's a heart attack. If you wake up in the morning with it you should make an appointment with your GP.

i think heart attacks give you shooting pains in your arm. In any case, the best trick i've learnt through the years is whenever you're worried about something simply ignore those feelings because 99.9% of the time there will be zero wrong with you.

Sounds simplistic i know, but i've worried about my health so much that i realise the very worst thing that can happen is i get seriously ill and then i don't have to worry about my anxiety anymore.

A little ego-centric, but i would literally rather have any illness or disability than these horrible thoughts and feelings i have to suffer everyday
