more stuff about the abuse has come flooding back,in the normal fashion,as my sobbing head hits the pan with the ferocity of the memory.
this time it was two things,one was the memory of something restricting my throat and thinking "i am about to die" one was the sight of some kind of poster on the wall.wiped me out for a week,a trembling wreck.
violent sickness combined with uncontrolable crying.i have madeit back to work today,a real relief to engage in commerce not re-living
tired,whers my pint?

I am so sorry that you are going through this painful experience. I only hope that you are having counselling and therapy to deal with these memories as they re-emerge.

I know only too well how painful this can be and am so very proud of you for making it back into work at all!
