Temple, jaw, ear pain with face numbness... Anyone?

I keep getting pressure and a dull achey pain that jumps between being behind my ear and on the side of my head between the top of my ear (temple area) on the right side only. It feels tight and frozen and not like a typical headache although sometimes the pain in the temple is a throb. Then sometimes the side of my face particularly temple and jaw, feels like novocaine is wearing off. I tense up particularly bad on my right side where all these symptoms are happening. Panic exacerbates the feelings. Can anyone relate?

I don't get pain much, but I get tingling numbish feeling in that area, temple, cheek bone, jaw. Right side only. Sometimes it just comes on, sometimes when I turn my head all the way. I've had it since 2013 on and off. It freaks me out. I have a clicky jaw on that side, also I text a lot so maybe it's posture? I don't know. Scares me. x
